Facilitating some Leadership/Manager training for a great client today as part of the BOSS Leadership Training Series (hit me up if you want to know more) and heard the following gem:
"Be decisive. Right or Wrong, make a decision. The road of life if paved with flat squirrels that couldn't make a decision."
Love it. That's all I have time for today...
Great Quote. I've often told my leaders, "don't be a squirrel, make a decision". However, I think I prefer that gem over mine. Consider it stolen with pride :)

Love this one. Also love the "kids's soccer" analogy for pulling people off projects that are in the home stretch to chase some unrelated issue.
