Great Quote. I've often told my leaders, "don't be a squirrel, make a decision". However, I think I prefer that gem over mine. Consider it stolen with pride :)

Love this one. Also love the "kids's soccer" analogy for pulling people off projects that are in the home stretch to chase some unrelated issue.
